Specialty Outpatient Clinics
Starting in 2013, we are expanding the Institutional Membership program to include OCD Specialty Outpatient Clinics (SOCs). Specialty Outpatient Clinics, meet the following criteria:
- The clinic has a minimum of three, licensed clinicians who maintain a professional membership in the IOCDF.
- Clinic staff have 6 combined years experience treating OCD and related disorders.
- Each clinician has demonstrated some professional activities they engage in related to OCD (e.g., publishes articles/books, attending IOCDF or ADAA conference, gives talks/lectures on OCD and OCD Spectrum).
- The clinic advertises itself as a facility where the primary focus is on OCD treatment or a clear area of specialization.
We are hoping that the addition of this Institutional Membership allows those looking for effective treatment for OCD more easily.
