Hotel Information

All conference sessions and social functions will be held at the Renaissance Boston Waterfront Hotel. The entire hotel is smoke free with beautiful waterfront views. Rooms have been set aside at a special rate of $209 per night. This rate is available to attendees of the OCF Annual Conference only and is available for three days before and three days after the meeting, subject to availability.

Low Airfare

Boston Logan Airport is the closest airport to the Renaissance Boston Waterfront Hotel. Providence and Manchester are alternative airports but will involve a 40-60 minute commute to the hotel.

American Airlines is offering special meeting fares for the attendees who use the special Meeting Desk to book their reservations. Book early and take advantage of the promotional fare that gives you the greatest savings.

Ground Transportation

Parking at the hotel is $39 per day. If you would like to rent a car you can call 1-800-525-7537 and use the Avis Worldwide Discount (AWD) Number J658899.

Driving from Logan Airport, follow signs for Rt. 90/Ted Williams Tunnel. Take the Ted Williams Tunnel to Exit 25. Keep right at the fork to Congress Street and the hotel. Boston is not the easiest city to navigate by car.

Estimated taxi fare from Logan airport is $15 each way.

For local bus service, take the Silver Line route SL1 bus rapid transit service will drop you off approximately 0.5 miles from the hotel. This bus stops at all the airport terminals. Purchase a fare ticket at the MBTA kiosk prior to boarding the bus. You will disembark at the Manulife Building Stop. Fare is $2 each way. The Silver Line SL1 runs from approximately 5:30AM to 12:30AM every day of the week.

Regional train and bus service from out of town will bring you to South Station. This terminal is approximately 1 mile from the hotel.
